TAFC manufactures and distributes aluminium and specialty packaging foils to pharmaceutical and food industries across the United Arab Emirates and the wider Middle Eastern region.
TAFC continues to serve the regional industries with its extensive range of aluminium and specialty packaging foils renowned for their exceptional high-barrier properties.
On account of this, the acquisition of TAFC marks ACG’s first acquisition in the United Arab Emirates in line with its commitment to making the world healthier.
This acquisition represents ACG’s inaugural venture in the Middle East, following recent successful acquisitions of ComboCap and AquaCap in the Americas.
The strategic investment is poised to strengthen ACG’s position as a leading provider of comprehensive packaging solutions for the global pharmaceutical and nutraceutical industries.
