Aster expands reach in UAE with six new clinics

UAE—Aster Clinics, part of the Aster DM Healthcare group in the GCC, has announced the launch of six new clinics in the UAE.

This expansion follows the recent upgrade of Aster Sanad Hospital in Riyadh, where it was transformed into a 200-bed, multi-specialty facility designed to deliver high-quality primary, secondary, and tertiary care for the Saudi population.

The new clinics are strategically situated in key locations, including Liwan, Oud Metha, and Jumeirah Beach Residence (JBR) in Dubai, as well as Halwan in Sharjah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain (UAQ).

These sites were selected to enhance accessibility, stressing Aster’s commitment to bringing quality healthcare closer to communities across the Emirates.

With these additions, Aster is taking a significant step toward fulfilling its mission of expanding healthcare access throughout the UAE.

Each of the six clinics offers an extensive range of specialties, including General Medicine, Family Medicine, Gynecology, Pediatrics, Cardiology, Dentistry, Dermatology, Orthopedics, and Gastroenterology, among others.

In addition to these services, the clinics also provide comprehensive, advanced diagnostics, Radiology, vaccinations, health screenings, IV therapies, and more.

Each facility is outfitted with the latest medical technology to ensure patients experience a seamless, high-quality healthcare service.

The clinics are staffed by experienced doctors and healthcare professionals, dedicated to delivering personalized care that meets the varied health needs of the UAE population.

The launch event brought together senior leadership from Aster, including Ms. Alisha Moopen, Managing Director & Group CEO, Aster DM Healthcare; Dr. Sherbaz Bichu, CEO of Aster Hospital & Clinics in UAE, Bahrain, and Oman; Mr. Manish Jain, Chief Operating Officer of Aster & Access Clinics in UAE & Bahrain, along with other executives.

This new expansion marks a milestone for Aster, bringing their total number of clinics to 120 across the GCC, with 107 located in the UAE alone.

The growth aligns with Aster DM Healthcare’s dedication to making high-quality healthcare accessible for all individuals.

Reflecting on the expansion, Ms Alisha Moopen emphasized that with these six new clinics, Aster DM Healthcare aims to make quality healthcare more accessible and convenient for UAE residents.

She noted that the clinics’ strategic locations demonstrate Aster’s unwavering commitment to ensuring that each person in the UAE has easy access to trusted medical services.

“This launch is a vital part of our journey to make healthcare more inclusive and comprehensive, allowing us to serve more people across the Emirates,” Ms. Moopen shared.

Adding to these sentiments, Dr. Sherbaz Bichu expressed pride in the expansion, noting that the addition of these six clinics reaffirms their commitment to providing affordable, accessible healthcare across the UAE.

He added that by bringing Aster’s services closer to where people live, they ensure that individuals and families can access timely medical care and a holistic approach to health.

“As we continue to grow, we remain dedicated to delivering compassionate, high-quality care that enhances the well-being of our patients,” Dr. Bichu stated.

Each of these new clinics integrates state-of-the-art facilities designed to provide patients with modern treatment options and expert care within a welcoming, community-focused setting.

Additionally, these clinics prioritize a patient-centric approach, with highly skilled medical professionals offering specialized, tailored care to meet individual health needs.
