INDIA – Avisa Smart Hospitals has signed a deal with UAE-based Royal Hospital to bring First Smart hospital in Sharjah.
Avisa has inked a 9-year contract with the Royal Hospital, owned by the Sultan of Sharjah, H.H. Sheikh Dr Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, to take over its operations and management and transform it into a smart healthcare establishment named Royal Smart Hospital.
This Super Specialty Royal Hospital in Sharjah has a state of art infrastructure and the interiors is akin to that of a palace.
Following the collaboration with Avisa Smart Hospitals, the Royal hospital is being equipped with cutting-edge healthcare technologies and expertise which includes almost every specialty of a hospital with reputed Doctors and high-end equipment.

The announcement on Sharjah’s first ever smart hospital comes just days after Avisa Smart Hospitals expanded its presence in the UAE with the opening of its first offshore office in Dubai.
Avisa Smart Hospitals launch brings on board Mr Hamad Taryam Al Shamsi, a senior official from the Ministry of Health of Northern Emirates in UAE, as a Director along with onboarding Dr. Osman Al Bakri, one of the famous renowned icon in healthcare fraternity in UAE.
Hamad Taryam Al Shamsi will spearhead the expansion and on-ground activities of the company to foster innovation and further growth, including partnership with increased number of hospitals across the United Arab Emirates.
In another related development, Avisa has opened its first smart pharmacy in Sharjah, the one-of-its-kind smart pharmacy is unprecedented as it adapts a complete smart supply chain system with patient service as well as home delivery.
The smart pharmacy automates the supply chain and delivery system of pharmacies to hospitals in order to avoid leakages in the supply chain while simultaneously helping in precision medicines.
