Axxess appoints Tom Codd as Chief Operating Officer

USA—Axxess, the leading technology innovator for healthcare at home, has appointed Tom Codd as its new Chief Operating Officer.

In this pivotal role, Codd will be responsible for overseeing Axxess’ global operations and spearheading the company’s ongoing growth and expansion initiatives.

Tom Codd brings to Axxess more than 40 years of experience in business and financial leadership.

Prior to joining Axxess, he was a partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), where he served multinational and private equity clients in various industries.

During his tenure at PwC, he held numerous leadership positions, including Managing Partner of North Texas, Vice Chairman and U.S. Human Capital Leader, and managing partner of U.S. Fit for Growth.

Codd is a CPA and financial expert with extensive human capital and governance expertise.

His leadership competencies include business strategy and operations, mergers and acquisitions, inclusion, equity and diversity, as well as international and risk management.

While announcing Codd’s promotion, John Olajide, Founder and CEO of Axxess, highlighted Codd’s significant contributions since joining the company two years ago as their first Chief People Officer.

Olajide noted that Codd has done exceptional work in growing their talent and ensuring that Axxess maintains its award-winning culture as the company expands.

He emphasized that Codd’s extensive leadership experience and years managing global activities have been invaluable to Axxess’ growth.
