UAE – Burjeel Holdings and KEZAD Communities, a leader in integrated community solutions under KEZAD Group, are gearing up to build a healthcare clinic for the residents of Razeen 3 and 4 complexes.
The collaboration will enable the availability of timely and proficient care for residents, in particular thousands of residents will acquire fast and efficient primary healthcare at their doorstep.
Notably, the new agreement was signed by Hamad Ahmed Al Hosani, Chief Corporate Officer of the Burjeel Brand, and Abdul Aziz A. Bawazeer, Chief Executive Officer of KEZAD Communities.
It was signed in the presence of Omran AlKhoori, Member of the Board of Directors and President of Business Development at Burjeel Holdings, and Abdullah Al Hameli, CEO of Economic Cities & Free Zones at AD Ports Group.
In a joint statement, John Sunil, CEO of Burjeel Holdings, stated: “Our cooperation with KEZAD Communities marks a significant step in our endeavor to deliver specialized healthcare directly to the communities we serve.”

Under the new agreement, Burjeel Holdings and Abu Dhabi’s KEZAD Communities will leverage collective strengths to establish a healthcare clinic for the residents of Eskan Al Jamae complex in Razeen 3 and 4.
The KEZAD Communities Clinic is specifically designed to address the healthcare needs of Razeen residents, providing them with unparalleled access to top-tier medical care in their community.
This move stands as a testament to KEZAD Communities’ commitment to ensuring accessible and high-quality healthcare for workers and employees of its clients, setting a clear benchmark for primary care excellence.
It is one of the largest staff accommodation companies in Abu Dhabi, with an owned and managed capacity of 135,000 beds and regulatory oversight over 420,000 beds following the merger with Al Eskan Al Jamae in 2022.
In a groundbreaking move, the KEZAD Communities Clinic will be equipped with a 24-hour ambulance service, staffed with highly trained paramedics, ready to handle various medical emergencies.

To ensure round-the-clock nursing assistance, the KEZAD Communities Clinic will be staffed by a team of seasoned general physicians dedicated to providing comprehensive primary, emergency, and preventive care.
In cases where specialized treatment is required, the clinic will facilitate a seamless referral process to Burjeel Holdings’ network of super-specialty hospitals, ensuring an uninterrupted continuum of care.
