Dubai Healthcare City Authority scores exclusive partnership with the DataFlow Group

UAE – Dubai Healthcare City Authority (DHCA) and the DataFlow Group, a leader in Primary Source Verification (PSV) have joined forces to offer a new platinum service exclusively designed for the DHCC community.

This development builds on the Dubai Health Authority’s (DHA) partnership with the DataFlow Group to screen professional applicants for the Dubai healthcare sector.

Since 2007, the Dubai Health Authority leverages the DataFlow Group’s specialized Primary Source Verification (PSV) solutions to screen the credentials of professionals working within Dubai’s healthcare sector.

In an official note, Allae Almanini, Chief Financial Officer of Dubai Healthcare City Authority, said: “We aim to empower our partners to navigate challenges seamlessly by providing them with exceptional end-to-end support services.”

Allae Almanini reiterated DHCA’s ongoing efforts dedicated to delivering premium services to business partners, aligning with the overarching goal of establishing DHCC as the healthcare investment hub within Dubai.

Through the newly signed partnership, the DataFlow Group will offer a new Platinum Service to the DHCC community, which entails numerous benefits.

DHCA, the governing body of Dubai Healthcare City (DHCC) free zone, and the DataFlow Group plan to help registered healthcare facilities and professionals at DHCC, particularly assisting with and streamlining professional licensing.

The duo seeks to facilitate the DHCC community access to the DataFlow Group’s verification services, a requirement for the licensing of healthcare professionals in the Emirate of Dubai.

The exclusive service promises an unparalleled level of customer service by managing the verification process comprehensively via the DataFlow Group’s team of verification experts.

In a game-changing move, the DHCC community can book a doorstep service, ranging from collection, upload, payment, and process tracking to the delivery of their reports, in concerted efforts to lead to an expedited and seamless verification process.

As part of the strategic alliance with Dubai Healthcare City Authority, the DataFlow Group will have a dedicated counter in Masaar Government Services, DHCC’s customer service solution center.

The central aim of this dedicated counter in Masaar Government Services will be to provide a seamless licensing experience and to enhance the all-inclusive service approach, which DHCA strives to offer to its community.
