UAE – Medical care giant Emirates Health Services (EHS) has entered into a new medical training and education partnership agreement with the Dubai Pharmacy College for Girls (DPCG).

The partnership agreement will facilitate the exchange of scientific expertise between the two entities to support and develop scientific research as well as promote innovation across the region.

In line with the two parties’ common goals and strategies, EHS and DPCG will work closely to develop training programs for the skilling, reskilling, and upskilling of students and EHS technical staff.

The strategic deal aims to advance the efficiency of EHS’s employees in all pharmaceutical specializations and provide training opportunities for female students of DPCG.

Through the partnership with the Dubai Pharmacy College for Girls, EHS will offer top-tier training services and professional development opportunities for its employees in the pharmaceutical sector.

The two parties will support joint efforts in lifelong medical education programmes to achieve the shared goal of transforming healthcare delivery in the emirate.

According to the official statement, Emirates Health Services will provide training opportunities for students from the Dubai Pharmacy College for Girls in its affiliated facilities.

The goal of the partnership is to advance access to medical education and professional training, and ultimately, achieve the goal of enhancing healthcare quality in the emirate.

In addition to building capacities, the collaboration will build on the common goal of EHS and the Dubai Pharmacy College for Girls to meet the highest scientific standards in medical training.

It aligns with the growing commitment of Emirates Health Services to strengthen collaboration with several scientific institutions across the United Arab Emirates.

The Dubai-based healthcare provider has established itself as a leading institution providing sustainable, comprehensive, and distinguished health and preventive services in the UAE.

Moreover, EHS has entered into strategic deals with health and scientific bodies and institutions at the local, regional, and international levels to facilitate the exchange of experiences in the health sector.

In 2022, Emirates Health Services entered into a collaboration with Johnson & Johnson’s Middle East branch to enhance the health services sector and foster collaboration across medical disciplines.

Also, EHS and Hamdan Bin Mohammed Smart University (HBMSU) have joined forces to exchange expertise and promote collaboration in scientific research and innovation.
