EGYPT – Emirates NBD-Egypt has launched a new branch in Shebin El Kom as it expands its presence in the Arab nation.
As part of its relentless pursuit of delivering exceptional banking services to its customers, Emirates NBD-Egypt recently entered into a cooperation protocol with Ahl Masr Foundation for Development.
Emirates NBD–Egypt and Ahl Masr Foundation have partnered to facilitate the purchase of vital physiotherapy equipment for the Foundation’s upcoming hospital.
This latest protocol covers procurement activities involved in obtaining medical equipment for Ahl Masr Hospital’s Physiotherapy and Physical Rehabilitation Unit.
Emirates NBD-Egypt continues to transform the banking landscape with the official opening of a new branch in Shebin El Kom, Al Menoufia Governorate.
In a press release, Emirates NBD-Egypt said: “The branch boasts a state-of-the-art Priority lounge, a corporate business center, and a space equipped with the latest electronic services, which further enhances the banking experience by offering its customers a seamless and tailored experience.”
The grand opening of the Shebin El Kom branch was officiated by Amr El Shafei, the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Emirates NBD-Egypt.
The launch ceremony was attended by Major General Walid Al-Baili, Assistant Secretary General of the Governor of Menoufia, and Dr. Ahmed Al Kassed, President of the University of Menoufia.
The ceremony was also attended by several senior managers of Emirates NBD-Egypt including Mr. Mustafa Ramzy, Head of Retail Banking and Wealth Management, and Mr. Ihab Kosber, Head of Branches Network.
In his address, Amr El Shafei, Managing Director and CEO of Emirates NBD-Egypt, stated: “The new branch is fully geared to cater to all customer segments.”
Remarkably, the Shebin El Kom branch complements Emirates NBD-Egypt’s existing facilities thereby enhancing the provision of delivering exceptional banking services to its customers.
The new branch will also provide extensive support to the bank’s extensive network of healthcare facilities in the Arab Republic of Egypt.
It aligns with the bank’s geographic expansion strategy and its dedication to extending its reach, growing its customer base, creating new markets, and enhancing its customer service capabilities.
From retail banking services to priority banking, business banking, commercial banking, and large corporate services, the Shebin El Kom branch is equipped with a full suite of banking services designed to meet all customer requirements.
“The opening of the Shebin El Kom branch is only the beginning of their extensive expansion and geographical growth plans throughout the Delta region,” disclosed Amr El Shafei.
He further stated that the expansion drive aligns with the Central Bank of Egypt’s direction toward supporting the state’s plans for financial inclusion by providing a unique banking experience.
