UAE—Estithmar Holding has formally rebranded its healthcare division from Elegancia Healthcare to Apex Health, to grow its healthcare investments and drive international growth.
This rebranding is designed to elevate Apex Health as a leading player in the global healthcare market.
Formerly known as Elegancia Healthcare, Apex Health has built a strong reputation for developing and managing healthcare facilities that provide high-quality patient care.
The company’s success has been driven by its commitment to international standards, partnerships with world-class medical institutions, and incorporation of advanced medical technologies.
By rebranding, Apex Health aims to create more robust healthcare ecosystems that enhance community well-being while contributing to economic growth in the regions it serves.
Apex Health currently operates six hospitals in Qatar, Algeria, and Iraq, and six additional projects are under development in Asia and Africa.
The rebranding to Apex Health not only strengthens its position in the healthcare industry but also aligns with Estithmar Holding’s broader vision of “Creating a brighter future from Qatar to the World.”
This strategic shift is also in line with the company’s mission to deliver added value to its shareholders.
One key pillar of Apex Health’s growth strategy is its active involvement in public-private partnerships (PPPs).
Through these collaborations, the company plays an essential role in shaping the future of local healthcare systems in its operating regions.
In April 2024, Apex Health, still operating under the Elegancia Healthcare name, finalized a strategic agreement with Iraq’s Ministry of Health.
This agreement allowed the company to manage operations at the 492-bed Al-Nasiriyah Teaching Hospital in Dhi Qar Governorate and the 492-bed Al Hasan Al Mujtaba Teaching Hospital in Karbala Governorate.
Together, these two hospitals will now provide nearly 1,000 beds.
Apex Health’s portfolio includes collaborations with renowned international medical institutions, such as The View Hospital in partnership with Cedars-Sinai, The Korean Medical Center affiliated with ASAN Medical Center, JK Medical Group, Limetree Dental, and AHNKANG Hospital.
Additionally, the Algerian Qatari German Hospital, set to open in 2026, will further extend Apex Health’s international footprint.
