UAE – Forte Healthcare has decided to accelerate its expansion in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region with the help of the franchise-owned company-operated (FOCO) model.
With the latest venture, Forte Healthcare is expanding the availability of its Forte Clinics and Pharmacies across the Middle East and North Africa.
Forte Healthcare is a specialized healthcare business planner and consultancy firm headquartered in Dubai, the United Arab Emirates.
Its verticals include financial advisory and due diligence, design and infrastructure planning, project management, legal and compliance, operations management, and due diligence.
Forte Healthcare has decided to adopt a franchise business model and is inviting existing stand-alone clinics to join its network across the MENA region.
The latest venture will act as a hub and spoke model for its strategic hospital partners by providing the highest level of patient care.
It is in line with Forte Healthcare’s mission to bring innovation and high-quality care and innovative healthcare solutions closer to its clients in the MENA region.
Speaking on future plans, Mr. Karan Rekhi, Chief Executive Officer of Forte Healthcare, said: “Operating under a ‘franchise-owned, company-owned’ (FOCO) model, we anticipate our strategic partners and investors to invest once the model reaches 10 clinics.”
Forte Healthcare has a presence in multiple locations in the countries of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), Africa, Europe, the United Kingdom, South East Asia, and the MENA region.
The company recently launched its Forte Clinics and Pharmacies under a range of medical specialties, expanding its reach across Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and Qatar.
With the launch of its Forte Clinics and Pharmacies, the company has a dedicated division with a sole focus on delivering the highest quality of care in the MENA region.
The FOCO model will allow Forte to expand their clinical services rapidly without compromising on the excellent quality of patient care synonymous with Forte Healthcare.
Moreover, Karan recommends that small clinics and elective surgeries should be merged into larger hospitals, as this particular market calls for consolidation and integration.
“We have opened our network to existing stand-alone clinics who require assistance in operations excellence to join the Forte network giving them the strength to operate under a larger umbrella and have benefits available to larger healthcare chains,” outlined Karan Rekhi.
Forte Healthcare is a healthcare project development and operations agency and provider based in the MENA region.
Currently, it leverages a network of physicians and operations offering Centres of Excellence across a spectrum of over 50 hospitals and clinics.
The agency prioritizes the well-being and health of the people and communities they serve over the firm’s benefit, in order to achieve excellence in healthcare throughout the world.
“Currently, Forte Healthcare enjoys partnerships across segments. We will work closely with franchises to ensure that the Forte Clinics network provides consistent, high-quality medical care across all locations,” stated Karan Rekhi.
Through strategic partnerships in Jumeriah, Forte Healthcare is gearing up to open affordable medical care facilities at the Dubai Investment Park.
Forte Healthcare also plans to establish Centres of Excellence within its specialized clinics and network of hospitals.
Each clinic will be staffed and run by highly trained and qualified medical professionals committed to providing patients with the best possible care.
The general clinics under the Forte network will provide top-notch medical services in the family medicine specialty and will be located at community gateways.
The aggressive expansion comes as part of the organization’s ambitious efforts to attract world-class physicians, insurance networks, supply chain players, and other essential support.
Moreover, the expansion can contribute to further cementing Forte Healthcare’s position as an impactful leader in the healthcare industry in the local and international markets.
“Forte Clinics represents a unique opportunity for the region to receive quality medical care and test the waters with the FOCO model of healthcare,” underscored Mr. Rekhi.
