Designed with simplicity and convenience in mind, the Drect app allows patients to easily book and manage medical services from the comfort of their homes.
UAE— First Response Healthcare (FRH), a leading provider of at-home healthcare services in the UAE, has officially launched its much-anticipated mobile app, Drect, during its annual internal awards ceremony.
The event, themed around technology, diversity, and growth, not only celebrated the achievements of FRH’s dedicated team but also highlighted the company’s ongoing commitment to using technology to deliver accessible, patient-centred healthcare.
Designed with simplicity and convenience in mind, the Drect app allows patients to easily book and manage medical services from the comfort of their homes.
With just a few taps, users can access a range of healthcare professionals, including doctors, pediatricians, and dentists, available 24/7.
Impressively, the average response time for medical teams to reach patients is just 30 minutes, ensuring prompt care when it’s needed most.
One of the app’s standout features is its use of GPS technology, which enables patients to track the arrival of their healthcare providers in real time.
In addition, Drect offers a secure platform for storing important medical documents such as blood test results, prescriptions, and invoices, all accessible within the app for easy reference.
Tourists visiting the UAE will also benefit from the app’s user-friendly design.
By simply scanning a QR code found in hotel rooms, visitors can request a doctor in just two clicks, providing peace of mind and quick access to medical care during their stay.
Further enhancing the patient experience, Drect integrates innovative Health Chat and Teleconsult services.
These features support remote consultations and real-time communication with healthcare professionals, reflecting FRH’s vision to make high-quality healthcare more accessible and convenient for everyone.
Pavan Sharma, Founder and CEO of First Response Healthcare, expressed enthusiasm about the launch, emphasizing that Drect was created with the patients’ needs at its core.
“Our goal was to make healthcare more accessible, personalized, and seamless,” Sharma said.
Looking ahead, the company plans to incorporate advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI), the Internet of Things (IoT), and real-time health monitoring to further empower residents of Dubai to receive quality medical care without leaving their homes.
Prashi Sharma, Chief Strategy Officer at FRH, added, “This app answers a vital question we constantly ask ourselves: how can we provide even more value to the patients who trust us?”
“By combining convenience with smart technology, we are paving the way for a more connected, proactive, and patient-first approach to primary care.”
Since its founding in 2018, First Response Healthcare has been a pioneer in the at-home healthcare industry in Dubai.
The company holds prestigious accreditations, including JCI certification and licensing from the Dubai Health Authority (DHA), which guarantee the highest standards of medical care.
Serving over 250 premium hotels and private clients, FRH is recognized as a leading licensed provider of paediatric and dental services at home, equipped with fully portable medical equipment.
