INDIA – FUJIFILM India has officially launched its awaited mobile application, named FUJIFILM Connect’, to deliver seamless services for healthcare providers across the country.
The long-awaited FUJIFILM Connect is currently available for download in the iOS app store and google play store to provide smooth end-to-end services to customers in India.
Users will have access to sections of “My Products” that stores details of the products used, “Raise tickets” to register a complaint from the app along with “Explore Products” to make inquiries about the availability of products.
It is a one-stop shop for healthcare professionals to manage the service and support for their medical diagnostic devices with real-time push notifications to keep the users updated on their device’s status and services.
