UAE – The Tarabichi Stammberger Day Surgical Center has finalized an agreement for Gargash Hospital to take over operations of its facility located in the heart of Dubai, the United Arab Emirates.
Gargash Hospital will manage the recruitment of nursing staff, administrative staff, on-site requirements, finance, operations flow, biomedical needs, and facility management at the Tarabichi Day Surgical Center.
Gargash Hospital will also oversee patient relations, call center, information technology, procurement, pharmacy, and other related operational tasks at the surgical center in accordance with the contract provisions.
The joint statement said: “The collaboration between Gargash Hospital and Tarabichi Stammberger Day Surgical Center is expected to inspire patient confidence and promote the adoption of best practices in the healthcare sector.”
The Gargash Hospital and Tarabichi Stammberger Day Surgical Center will work together to leverage the latest medical advancements and ultimately, create a patient-centric care environment that focuses on the needs and well-being of each individual.
In line with the terms of this agreement, Tarabichi Day Surgical Center and Gargash Hospital will work closely to provide the highest quality of care to patients in Dubai and beyond.
This news comes barely a year after the multi-specialty hospital joined forces with Meitra Hospital, an advanced quaternary care facility, to establish a Center of Excellence for Bone and Joint in the UAE.
Gargash Hospital is the UAE’s first female-owned, multi-specialty, tertiary care hospital with a primary focus on women and childcare.
Located in Umm Al Sheif in Dubai, the multi-specialty facility provides a wide range of medical services including Paediatrics, Endocrinology, Cardiology, Dentistry, and Gynaecology.
The 50-bed unit, which includes 38 in-patient rooms, has a fully-fledged IVF unit, with its own operating theatre, its own pre-operative, post-operative, clinics, and lab.
The latest partnership will leverage the combination of Gargash Hospital’s experience and reputation for excellence and Tarabichi Stammberger Day Surgical Center’s expertise to advance patient care.
The signing ceremony was presided over by Ms. Ghada Sawalmah, Chief Executive Officer of Gargash Hospital, and Dr. Muaz Tarabichi, Shareholder of Tarabichi Stammberger Day Surgical Center.
It was signed in the presence of Dr. Husnia Gargash, Shareholder of Gargash Hospital, Mr. Mandar Kulkarni, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Gargash Hospital, and Ms. Lubna Naeem, Director of Operations of Gargash Hospital.
