USA – GE Healthcare, in collaboration with its partners, have unveiled a number of innovative technology solutions spanning the entire healthcare spectrum, including patient screening, diagnostics, therapy planning, guidance, and monitoring, at Arab Health 2022 held at the Dubai World Trade Centre.

GE Healthcare demonstrated its intelligently efficient products and solutions that advance clinical outcomes, improve imaging operations, and streamline exam workflows.

In the face of a global pandemic and increasing industry pressure, the company accelerated artificial intelligence (AI) and digital solutions-based innovations to help transform healthcare delivery in the region and globally.

In recent years, the fragility of the global healthcare system has been revealed, necessitating the development of new technologies and solutions to assist clinicians in managing seriously ill patients while minimizing burnout and workforce shortages.

GE demonstrated the Carestation 750 Anesthesia Machine, which is designed to deliver individualized anesthesia therapy.

The user interface and modular design of the system aid in the delivery of quality care with natural ease, allowing users to breeze through cases, worry less about the machine, and devote more attention to your patients.

The company also demonstrated the clinically advanced and highly configurable CARESCAPE B850 monitor, which helps hospitals stay ahead of the curve by providing clinical tools that meet even the most acuity patient needs.

GE showcased the B155 Patient Monitor, which has a scalable and forward-thinking design that aims to deliver high-quality monitoring in multiple care areas while integrating ecosystems without compromising financial and clinical values.

Among its imaging solutions on display at the event were the AMX Navigate mobile X-ray system for effortless workflow with the Free Motion telescoping column, and Zero Click Exam workflow and exclusive AI applications to achieve clinical excellence.

Others included Vscan Air wireless handheld ultrasound system that enables whole-body scanning and delivers crystal-clear images in a pocket-sized, dual-probe solution.

The LOGIQ E10 ultrasound system that uses advanced tools, and enhanced workflow capabilities to enable users to scan and diagnose a wide range of patients across a broad spectrum of conditions.

GE also showed off its MRI and CT systems, including the SIGNA Hero, a 70 cm bore, 3.0T MRI scanner that improves workflow, productivity, and patient comfort, making difficult exams routine.

Revolution Ascend CT system, which uses an AI-based workflow solution, and features a smart user interface, cutting-edge technology, and access to Smart Subscription to significantly simplify, streamline, and automate the entire CT experience from both inside and outside the scan room.

GE also displayed its software solutions, such as Thoracic Care Suite, which offers AI detection of eight abnormal chest radiograph findings that also support Tuberculosis detection and help find Pneumonia or ground glass opacities, both of which are indicators of COVID-19.

Also on display was DoseWatch, a holistic, enterprise-wide dose management solution to track and manage radiation and contrast exposure within the patient workflow across a full-fleet.
