INDIA – Global Health Limited has joined forces with Elinquisite Real Estate Private Limited to begin the construction of a new 300-bed hospital in Indore, India.
The Company has entered into a binding term sheet with Elinquisite Real Estate Private Limited to launch its new healthcare facility in India under operations and management (O&M) arrangement.
Global Health Limited is one of the largest private multi-speciality tertiary care providers operating in the North and East regions of India.
Its key specialties include cardiac science, neurosciences, oncology, digestive and hepatobiliary sciences, orthopaedics, liver transplant, and kidney and urology.
The Company provides healthcare services in over 30 medical specialties and engages over 1,300 doctors led by highly experienced department heads.
Under the healthcare brand ‘Medanta’, the Company has a network of five hospitals currently in operation across various locations in India namely: Gurugram, Indore, Ranchi, Lucknow, and Patna.
Global Health Limited said that its new hospital in Indore will be strategically positioned near the existing Medanta Indore Hospital that has been consistently delivering high-end cardiac and neuro care.
Located near Star Chouraha on MR 10 Main Road, the upcoming facility will provide multi-disciplinary care in over 20 super specialties including cardiac, neurosciences, cancer, orthopaedics, digestive and hepatobiliary sciences as well as all kinds of transplants.
“The new multi super-specialty, tertiary care facility will enable the scaling-up of Medanta’s clinical services in the Indore region,” stated Global Health Limited.
Besides offering day care services for chemotherapy and radiation, the new hospital in Indore will meet the under-met healthcare needs of the city by delivering primary healthcare services.
It will serve the population with high-end clinical programs and technology across a range of super specialties
The hospital construction project, which includes approximately 100 critical care beds, 15 operation theatres, and Cath labs, is expected to commence operations before the end of 2027.
