INDIA – Global pharma major Lupin Limited, through its subsidiary Lupin Digital Health, has introduced its digital therapeutics solution for cardiac care, LYFE.
Lupin Digital Health said in a release: “Designed by leading Indian cardiologists, LYFE helps patients improve their heart health through doctor-connected online and offline modules.”
The wholly-owned subsidiary claims that LYFE is India’s only evidence-based holistic heart care programme that significantly reduces the risk of a heart attack and improves vitals and quality of life for cardiac patients.
Through the digital therapeutics’ platform LYFE, Lupin Digital Health will leverage the power of human intelligence and the broadest set of artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) services to improve patient outcomes.
Patients with chronic cardiovascular diseases experience a high level of uncertainty and require significant care and monitoring in their treatment regimen.
LYFE features FDA and CE-approved wearable devices that accurately record vital parameters and notify caregivers and doctors about off-range vitals and emergencies.

The platform has an easy-to-use interface that enables experts’ direct access to medication reminders and it provides emergency and ambulance assistance twenty-four hours a day.
The evidence-based therapeutic intervention also offers expert intervention in the form of dedicated care managers, health coaches, and nutritionists.
