Magrabi Health acquires Saudi Dent, expands dental services
SAUDI ARABIA – Magrabi Health, a prominent healthcare provider in the MENA region, has announced its acquisition of Saudi Dent, a leading dental care provider in Saudi Arabia, during the Global Health Exhibition in Riyadh.
This acquisition represents a significant step in Magrabi Health’s ongoing expansion strategy, which emphasizes growth through strategic acquisitions.
The move is also closely aligned with the summit’s “Invest in Health” theme, highlighting the company’s commitment to advancing healthcare excellence.
Starting in 2025, Magrabi Health will expand its services beyond ophthalmology and offer specialized treatments in fields such as dentistry, ENT, and cosmetic dermatology.
Founded in 1955, Magrabi Health has earned a reputation for innovation and excellence in healthcare and now operates over 34 hospitals and clinics across five countries, with a firm commitment to delivering patient-centered, comprehensive healthcare services.
Its goal of providing high-quality care drives its strategic expansion, of which acquisitions like that of Saudi Dent play a critical role.
