The multi-specialty hospital has received regulatory approval from the National Accreditation Board for Hospitals & Healthcare Providers (NABH) to cater to both domestic and international patients.
As a result of the acquisition, W Pratiksha Hospital will operate under Marengo Asia Healthcare to provide the best quality patient care to communities in the National Capital Territory (NCT) of Delhi in India and beyond.
In a press release, the hospital chain said: “Marengo Asia Healthcare acquires or partners with accredited, clinically sound hospitals to integrate them to function under the chain of Marengo Asia Hospitals.”
The acquisition will further strengthen Marengo Asia Healthcare’s commitment to offering the best medical facilities and treatments to the patients living in Delhi NCR and its nearby areas.
The acquisition will also help to reduce medical costs incurred by patients and their families who travel between Gurgaon and Faridabad as Marengo Asia Healthcare operates a 550-bed hospital in Faridabad.
