KENYA—The merger of two of Kenyan’s leading digital healthcare companies, MyHealth Africa and International Medical Treatment Limited, has led to the emergence of a new e-health platform, My 1Health.

The new merger brings together MyHealth Africa’s technical prowess and IMT, expertise in medical tourism in various Middle East and Asian countries.

MyHealth Africa founder and CEO, Ryan Marincowitz revealed at the My 1Health Africa launch that the organization always had its sights on global expansion.

Moreso, following its last fundraising back in December 2022, the company hoped to expand its services to the Middle East and South Asia while increasing patient access to local and international hospitals and medical professionals.

To further this plan, MyHealth Africa, whose operations were largely limited to its home country, Kenya, required a health company with a more global outlook and reach.

This is where International Medical Treatment (IMT) Limited comes in, the medical tourism industry experts offered MyHealth Africa access to the world faster.

IMT is recognized for its offering to clients all over the world, especially comprehensive services to access international world-class medical treatment.

Adopting a holistic approach, it simplifies the entire process of offering high quality affordable, and accessible medical treatment to its customers by partnering with world-class hospitals and providing exceptional customer service, holistic support, discretion, and urgency.
