QATAR – Qatar’s Estithmar Holding is set to expand its footprint in the Middle East with the launch of a new state-of-the-art medical hub headquartered in the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Estithmar was established as a dynamic company with a mandate to deliver reliable, sustainable, and high-quality services to companies across a wide range of sectors including healthcare.

Through its subsidiary Elegancia Healthcare, Estithmar Holding has formed a strategic partnership with the Ministry of Health of Kazakhstan to begin the construction of this new facility.

The latest hub will also support the government’s efforts to deliver world-class medical services to individuals in Kazakhstan.

In an official note, Estithmar Holding said: “The medical facility will be implemented through a partnership between Elegancia Healthcare and “Cynosure” LLP, under the jurisdiction of the Astana International Financial Centre.”

Located in the city of Astana, the medical hub will focus on meeting the ever-growing healthcare needs of the local communities across the country.

The new healthcare facility will offer a comprehensive range of specialized medical services to meet the unique needs of patients living in Astana and beyond.

These healthcare services include diagnostic care, in-patient and outpatient treatments, surgeries, and rehabilitation care programs.

This state-of-the-art medical hub will be equipped with the latest cutting-edge technology and staffed by highly skilled healthcare professionals,” announced Qatar’s Estithmar.

It comes as the Qatari publicly listed company is making considerable investments in the Middle East in its quest to expand its global footprint across all sectors before the end of 2023.

The Kazakhstan medical hub will leverage Elegancia Healthcare’s extensive experience developing and operating healthcare facilities to deliver the best possible patient care.

In similar news, Qatar’s Estithmar, through its subsidiary Elegancia Healthcare, has signed a strategic deal with the Egyptian Ministry of Health and Population to explore new investments in the Egyptian healthcare sector.

It aligns with the goal of Qatar’s Estithmar Holding to relentlessly pursue excellence and innovation while increasing shareholder value and creating a more diversified revenue stream.

Moreover, the collaboration between Estithmar Holding and Kazakhstan’s Ministry of Health aligns with the two entities’ shared commitment to excellence in clinical care.

The legal agreement pertaining to the construction of the new medical hub was signed by Giniyat Azhar, Kazakhstan’s Minister of Health, and Moutaz Al Khayyat, Chairman of Estithmar Holding.

Commenting on this new deal, Moutaz Al-Khayyat, Chairman of Estithmar Holding, said: “Cementing strong and strategic relations between Qatar and Kazakhstan is the core of this agreement with the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan.”

Moutaz Al-Khayyat stated that the opening of the medical hub is a milestone for Estithmar Holding as the company embarks on its strategic plan to deepen its presence in Kazakhstan.

He outlined that the premier facility has the potential to become a driver of social cohesion and economic growth in Kazakhstan, and ultimately, promote sustainable development, and well-being.
