UAE – Response Plus Holding PJSC (RPM) has joined forces with Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) to expand access to high-quality emergency care in India, the Gulf region, and the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region.
Response Plus Holding is the largest provider of onsite healthcare, medical emergency services, and occupational health solutions in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
Under the strategic pact, RPM and HAL will explore potential cooperation opportunities in emergency medical services, medical evacuation, helicopter emergency medical services, and other mutually-beneficial fields in the target regions.
In his address, Chief Executive Officer of Response Plus Holding Major Tom Louis said: “We are proud to be signing a cooperation agreement with Hindustan Aeronautics Limited whose name has been associated with the growth of the Aeronautical industry in India for the last eight decades.”
The partnership will build on the company’s ambitious goal to provide medical support for the oil and gas sector involving chemical industries, major construction sites, site clinics, and ambulance services for educational institutions, labor camps, and shopping malls.
“RPM’s expertise in the Oil & Gas sector in the Gulf region allows us to move ahead confidently with this collaboration, knowing we have the experience, know-how, and technical and human capabilities to cater to the needs of HAL,” stated Major Tom Louis.
In line with the terms of the recent agreement, Response Plus Holding and India’s HAL will work closely to provide helicopter emergency medical services (HEMS) and fixed-wing emergency medical services in the targeted markets and beyond.
HAL is a leader in the design, development, manufacturing, supply, and maintenance of aircraft, helicopters, engines, aerospace equipment, avionics, and related accessories for military and civil markets.
The premier aerospace company has exported various products and services to over 25 countries. HAL’s export products include Advanced Light Helicopter (ALH) variants, Do-228 Transport & Utility variant, Light Combat Helicopter (LCH), and Light Combat Aircraft (LCA).
Leveraging Response Plus Holding’s comprehensive healthcare solutions and medical manpower along with HAL’s expertise in the aerospace and defense industry, the partnership aligns with their shared vision of international expansion.
