SAUDI ARABIA—For the third consecutive year, ROSHN Group, Saudi Arabia’s leading national multi-asset real estate developer and a Public Investment Fund (PIF) company, has teamed up with the Zahra Breast Cancer Association to support Breast Cancer Awareness Month throughout October.
This collaboration highlights ROSHN’s dedication to raising awareness about breast cancer, focusing on early detection and prevention strategies across the Kingdom.
As part of this partnership, ROSHN will amplify Zahra’s breast cancer awareness initiatives by engaging communities throughout Saudi Arabia.
The campaign emphasizes the importance of early detection in improving survival rates and aims to educate the public on how to identify warning signs as early as possible.
By leveraging its vast reach, ROSHN will play a pivotal role in spreading crucial information about breast cancer and the importance of regular screenings.
A key highlight of the collaboration is the Zahra Walk, which will offer both 3 km and 1 km routes and is expected to attract around 2,000 participants.
This event serves as a platform to not only promote physical health but also foster solidarity with those affected by breast cancer.
In addition to the walk, ROSHN is organizing several events and activations for its employees at multiple offices across the country.
These initiatives will extend beyond the workplace, with ROSHN hosting Zahra-led activities in partnership with MBC at key locations, including ROSHN Front in Riyadh and ROSHN Waterfront in Jeddah.
The campaign will culminate in a closing ceremony at The Venue by ROSHN, bringing together supporters and advocates from across the country.
This ongoing partnership with Zahra Breast Cancer Association is part of ROSHN’s larger corporate social responsibility (CSR) program, YUHYEEK.
This initiative aims to contribute to Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 by enhancing social and economic development and improving the overall quality of life for citizens.
YUHYEEK’s strategic pillars focus on several key areas, including public health, community development, environmental sustainability, education and innovation, and arts and culture.
ROSHN’s Group Chief Marketing and communication Officer, Ghada Alrumayan, emphasized Zahra’s importance as one of ROSHN’s most valued community partners.
She highlighted ROSHN’s commitment to leading distinctive initiatives that raise awareness, foster a culture of prevention, and provide social support to improve health and wellbeing.
According to Alrumayan, breast cancer remains the most prevalent disease affecting women in the Kingdom, with many cases being diagnosed at later stages.
She stressed the need for promoting screenings and self-examinations as vital tools in saving lives and creating healthier communities.
