SAUDI ARABIA – Mozn and the Ministry of Health of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia have teamed up to harness the power of artificial intelligence (AI) in healthcare delivery.

The signing ceremony of the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between Mozn and Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Health was graced by the presence of Dr. Mohammed Alhussein, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Mozn.

One of the key transformation initiatives undertaken by the MOH to boost healthcare services in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia was the establishment of a “937 Call Center”.

Through the new MoU, we aim to leverage cutting-edge AI technology to assist the Ministry of Health’s 937 service center’s decision makers in expanding operations,” Dr. Mohammed Alhussein, Founder and CEO of Mozn, said in an official statement.

As specified in the MoU, both organizations will leverage the power of AI in pursuit of efficiency in medical operations, enhanced patient experiences, and optimum treatment outcomes.

The focal point of this MoU is to see the adoption of artificial intelligence in the Ministry of Health’s 937 service center, which fields calls from the kingdom’s citizens and residents on a range of health matters.

Notably, the Ministry of Health’s 937 service center offers 24/7 medical consultations with trained physicians and the receipt and administration of complaints and feedback.

The center not only receives all calls from patients about MoH-related health aspects but also provides 24/7 medical consultation through doctors.

It also receives and monitors patients’ notifications, settling them as soon as possible anytime and anywhere across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and following them up in accordance with international standards.

Other services include offering key advices and guidelines for poisoning cases and receiving all complaints and feedback from patients about MoH-related fields.

The Ministry of Health’s 937 center excels at caring for the nation’s patients, efficiently connecting them with suitable doctors, and valuing their feedback,” highlighted Dr. Mohammed Alhussein.

Dr. Mohammed Alhussein outlined that Mozn’s data scientists will analyze the center’s data and funnel it through Mozn’s AI model, allowing 937 officials to gain valuable insights that will be crucial to the center’s overall development journey.

Through the newly signed MoU, Mozn’s specialists will work on the development of an innovative AI solution that helps the service center capitalize on its data and anticipate the future needs of callers.

This strategic partnership builds on the shared vision of both Mozn and the Ministry of Health to support the Kingdom’s national transformation program.

It is worth mentioning that Mozn reaffirmed its commitment to keep pace with Saudi Arabia’s growing population during the annual Global Health Exhibition held in Riyadh.

Over the years since its inception, Mozn has formed strong partnerships with government entities across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Its longstanding work with the Ministry of Health is one example of how the company is supporting the Government of Saudi Arabia in fulfilling its vision 2030 for the future, in particular an AI vision.

Notably, the Saudi Ministry of Health’s 937 call center has proved to be a major success in dealing with the nation’s medical inquiries.

The ongoing AI integration project stands as a testament to the Ministry of Health’s relentless efforts to enhance its healthcare services in line with the goals of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.
