The Active Lifestyle Packages come in two varieties: Active Package and Athlete Package.

The Active Package is designed for those who want to avoid injuries, accelerate recovery, and identify potential health and lifestyle issues that may interfere with peak performance.

 It offers a comprehensive evaluation package that includes blood panels, Body Composition Analysis (BCA) reports, mobility assessments, and consultations with sports medicine specialists.

The Athlete Package, on the other hand, is intended for professional and competitive athletes who want to achieve their best.

 This advanced package includes thorough blood panels, two BCA reports, two mobility assessments, two ECGs, two pulmonary tests, two sports medicine expert consultations, and a clinical nutritionist session.

 Interestingly, the Athlete Package includes a follow-up examination to measure progress, tweak the routine, and handle any emergent concerns, assuring continual improvement and optimal performance.

Ayrat Badegye, head coach of the UAE national hockey team and former White Bears player, was one of the first to try out the Athlete Package.
