Singapore’s AIGP Health expands clinical AI platform Anzu into Thailand

SINGAPORE—Singapore-founded healthtech company AIGP Health has expanded into Thailand with the launch of its Anzu clinical AI platform through a strategic partnership with Borderless Healthcare Group (BHG).

The Thailand launch expands AIGP Health’s operations to three markets, following its presence in Singapore and Australia.

The company plans to introduce Anzu across physician-led healthcare settings, including hospitals, clinics, wellness centres and Traditional Chinese Medicine practices.

Supporting clinical decision-making

AIGP Health designed Anzu to help clinicians access relevant patient information and clinical context during consultations.

The platform is intended to support clinical decision-making while keeping doctors responsible for patient care.

“Anzu addresses a completely new category called Clinical Risk. Anzu tackles clinical risk while keeping the patient at the center,” said Sheetal Nanwani Doshi, co-founder and chief growth officer of AIGP Health.

She said the platform can highlight drug interactions, differential diagnoses and potential trigger factors based on individual patient information.

“Doctors do not lack information; they lack the structure to make the right decision within the consultation time,” Doshi added.

Anzu works with existing healthcare technology through plug-in and integration capabilities.

This lets providers connect the platform to medical customer relationship management and clinical management systems without replacing their existing infrastructure.

AIGP Health said the platform has supported more than 3,000 live patients across Singapore and Australia.

The company will use its Thailand operations to deploy the technology in another healthcare environment.

Thailand deployment

AIGP Health has begun its Thailand operations at the Global Institute of Aesthetics (GIA), a longevity, wellness, and aesthetic centre in Bangkok.

GIA serves as the company’s flagship launch site, where clinicians can use Anzu during consultations and patient care.

The platform includes Anzu Dr Assist, an in-consultation clinical assistant, and Anzu Preclerk, which supports pre-consultation clerking and patient intake.

Together, the tools help clinicians organise and access patient information throughout the consultation process.

Dr Anindita Santosa, co-founder and CEO of AIGP Health, said healthcare systems across Southeast Asia are progressing at different rates, but clinicians face similar challenges when making decisions within limited consultation times.

“Our aim is not to replace clinical judgement but to give doctors clearer access to the information and context they need to make more informed decisions,” Santosa said.

Regional expansion

Through its partnership with BHG, AIGP Health is integrating its clinical AI technology with Borderless.ai’s healthcare technology ecosystem.

The company said Thailand’s established healthcare sector and role in wellness and medical tourism make it an important market for its regional expansion.

BHG Founder and Chairman Dr Wei Siang Yu said the partnership combines technologies intended to improve clinicians’ access to patient information while maintaining the human element of healthcare.

Following the initial deployment at GIA, AIGP Health plans to engage additional clinics, hospitals, and healthcare institutions in Thailand.

The company is also exploring expansion into Malaysia and Indonesia as it develops its Southeast Asian operations.
