The Pediatric Private Home Visits: Wellness and Vaccinations program covers routine services that support children’s health and development.

Over the past five years, the program has expanded its molecular diagnostic capabilities and introduced expedited genomic oncology profiling to provide oncologists with timely information when treatment decisions are urgent.

The hospital will coordinate the collection, while Sidra Medicine will process and store the samples at its specialized Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) facility, which houses Qatar’s only cord blood bank.

The milestone also makes Qatar the third country worldwide to administer Itvisma and marks a significant step in the country’s precision medicine and rare disease care efforts.
