USA—BeOne Medicines has entered a multi-part collaboration with Revolution Medicines to develop and commercialise targeted oncology therapies, including combinations aimed at cancers driven by RAS signalling.
The agreement covers joint clinical studies that will combine BeOne’s oncology pipeline with four clinical-stage RAS(ON) inhibitors developed by Revolution Medicines: daraxonrasib, zoldonrasib, elironrasib and RMC-5127.
The companies will evaluate these combinations in patients with RAS-addicted cancers, in which tumour growth depends heavily on RAS signalling.
The studies will include combinations involving BeOne’s investigational MTA-cooperative protein arginine methyltransferase 5 (PRMT5) inhibitor, BGB-58067, and its EGFR × MET × MET trispecific antibody, BG-T187.
BeOne is evaluating BGB-58067 in patients with advanced solid tumours, while BG-T187 is being studied in patients with advanced solid tumours.
The partners will use these programmes to investigate whether combining different targeted therapies can provide new treatment options for cancers driven by specific RAS alterations.
Regional licensing agreement
Separately, Revolution Medicines has granted BeOne exclusive rights to develop and commercialise, or solely commercialise, its four RAS(ON) inhibitors in selected Asian markets, depending on the territory.
Under the agreement, Revolution Medicines will receive development and sales milestone payments and tiered royalties based on net sales generated in the licensed territories.
Revolution Medicines will retain development and commercialisation rights outside those markets, including Japan and South Korea.
BeOne will also fund and conduct a global registrational Phase III trial for one of the RAS(ON) inhibitors using its internal development resources.
Meanwhile, Revolution Medicines will continue pursuing registrational studies for other programmes across its broader pipeline.
John Oyler, BeOne’s co-founder, chairman and chief executive officer, said the collaboration would enable the companies to evaluate combinations between BeOne’s oncology assets and Revolution Medicines’ RAS(ON) inhibitors.
He added that the regional rights agreement would allow BeOne to use its global development and commercial capabilities to expand access to the medicines in selected Asian markets.
Recent BeOne oncology development
The partnership adds to BeOne’s expanding portfolio of investigational targeted cancer therapies.
In August 2025, the European Medicines Agency granted PRIME designation to BGB-16673, the company’s investigational Bruton’s tyrosine kinase (BTK) degrader, for patients with Waldenström’s macroglobulinemia previously treated with a BTK inhibitor.
BeOne is currently evaluating BGB-16673 in clinical studies across B-cell malignancies, while continuing to advance its broader oncology pipeline.
