The Triple ISO certification integrates three global standards: ISO 9001:2015 for quality management systems, ISO 14001:2015 for environmental management, and ISO 45001:2018 for occupational health and safety.

UAE—High Hopes Pediatric Therapy Center has made history as the first pediatric therapy and rehabilitation facility in the country to secure Triple ISO certification.
The recognition highlights its strong focus on quality management, environmental responsibility, and workplace safety across all operations.
It also reinforces the center’s growing role in advancing structured, evidence-based pediatric rehabilitation and early intervention services in the region.
The Triple ISO certification integrates three global standards: ISO 9001:2015 for quality management systems, ISO 14001:2015 for environmental management, and ISO 45001:2018 for occupational health and safety.
Together, these frameworks assess how the center delivers care, manages its environment, and ensures staff and patient safety.
Following a detailed audit of its clinical and operational systems, the certification confirmed the strength of its multidisciplinary approach.
Integrated pediatric therapy model
High Hopes provides a wide range of services designed to support children with developmental, neurological, and rehabilitation needs.
These include physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech and language therapy, feeding therapy, Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), and hydrotherapy.
By bringing these services together under one roof, the center ensures that children receive coordinated and individualized care plans that evolve with their progress.
In addition, the facility has built a structured model that emphasizes early intervention and family involvement.
Therapists work closely with caregivers to ensure continuity of care beyond clinical sessions, which strengthens developmental outcomes over time.
Impact on families and service delivery
Since its establishment, High Hopes has supported more than 2,000 families through personalized therapy journeys.
Over the years, the center has delivered more than 90,000 therapy sessions, reflecting its consistent focus on continuity of care and measurable developmental progress.
The center has also expanded its service capacity in recent months, responding to rising demand for specialized pediatric rehabilitation in the UAE.
This includes strengthening multidisciplinary coordination and improving access to early intervention programs for children with complex needs.
Leadership perspective on the milestone
Founder and Managing Director Lynn Barghout Jafar noted that the certification represents a defining moment for the organization and for pediatric rehabilitation services in the UAE.
She emphasized that the center was established with a clear vision to provide families with care aligned to international standards while maintaining a strong focus on compassion and individualized support.
Executive Director Aida Barghout also described the achievement as a reflection of discipline and consistency across all levels of service delivery.
She highlighted that the certification reinforces the center’s commitment to structured clinical practices, improved outcomes, and a reliable experience for families.
Strengthening clinical excellence and standards
The certification further positions High Hopes as a key player in pediatric rehabilitation by aligning its clinical services with internationally recognized management systems.
As demand for specialised developmental care continues to grow, the centre remains focused on expanding evidence-based therapy models and improving the quality of life for children through integrated, multidisciplinary care delivered by experienced specialists.
