Moscow opened access to its MosMedAI platform to healthcare institutions across Russia in 2024, following a decree by Russian President Vladimir Putin.
Sun Pharma disclosed the development in an exchange filing, confirming that Organon stockholders had voted in favour of the proposals required to advance the proposed merger transaction.
