The company has announced plans to expand its antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) manufacturing capabilities in Switzerland while also broadening its long-term partnership with a leading, though undisclosed, U.S.-based biopharmaceutical company.

The combined business will operate as Cortigent Holdings and trade on Nasdaq under the ticker symbol CRGT once the transaction closes, expected in the third quarter of 2026, subject to shareholder and regulatory approvals.
