The company presented the innovative system at WHX Dubai 2026, where it attracted attention for its ability to provide high-fidelity diagnostics without requiring constant cloud connectivity.

The system combines on-device artificial intelligence with multimodal sensing capabilities, point-of-care testing, and longitudinal patient modeling.

This integration allows healthcare providers to deliver consistent, protocol-driven care even in challenging environments where internet access remains unreliable or unavailable.

Major architectural advancement over previous models

ZoyeMed 3.0 marks a significant departure from earlier generations of the company’s medical systems.

While previous versions established comprehensive clinical sensing capabilities, the latest version introduces a closed-loop, edge-first architecture that separates real-time safety functions and triage from more complex reasoning processes.

This architectural shift enables the system to build longitudinal models of patient health over time, tracking changes and patterns that might otherwise go unnoticed.

The approach ensures that care delivery continues functioning effectively in environments facing bandwidth limitations, staffing shortages, or intermittent connectivity—common challenges in many healthcare settings worldwide.

Expanding global footprint across three continents

Zoya Technologies has already established a growing international presence.

Since 2025, the company has shipped 44 ZoyeMed 1.0 units, with active deployments currently underway in Mexico as part of a broader multi-phase contract covering up to 300 units.

The company has also signed agreements in Colombia for 64 units annually over a three-year period.

Demonstrating confidence in the newest model, Zoya Technologies has already delivered the first ZoyeMed 3.0 unit to Bogotá in preparation for pilot deployment following the WHX Dubai unveiling.

ZoyeMed 3.0 distinguishes itself from conventional telemedicine platforms and AI copilots that layer onto existing hospital systems.
