This initiative demonstrates a shared commitment to advancing preventive and personalized medicine, aligning with the UAE’s growing emphasis on healthspan, wellbeing, and healthcare innovation.

UAE—OMICS Precision Health and Cedars-Sinai have announced a strategic collaboration to launch a dedicated healthspan-focused clinic in Dubai, introducing a prevention-led model of care to the region.
The partnership combines OMICS’s advanced biological measurement capabilities and early intervention strategies with Cedars-Sinai’s internationally recognized clinical expertise.
This initiative demonstrates a shared commitment to advancing preventive and personalized medicine, aligning with the UAE’s growing emphasis on healthspan, wellbeing, and healthcare innovation.
Expanding global healthcare access
The Dubai clinic represents another milestone in Cedars-Sinai’s mission to deliver high-quality care to patients worldwide.
The launch also supports the UAE’s national healthcare strategy, which prioritizes prevention, innovation, knowledge transfer, and the establishment of globally leading institutions to strengthen long-term population health outcomes.
Dr. Heitham Hassoun, Chief Executive of Cedars-Sinai International, emphasized the significance of this partnership for the organization’s regional presence.
“This collaboration with OMICS represents another important step in Cedars-Sinai’s enduring commitment to the Gulf region,” Dr. Hassoun stated.
He praised the UAE for building one of the world’s most dynamic and forward-looking healthcare ecosystems, characterized by innovation, prevention, and a clear national ambition to advance population health.
A new model of preventive care
Astrid Montalta, Managing Director of OMICS Precision Health, described the launch as a transformative moment for preventive medicine in the UAE.
“This launch brings a fundamentally different model of care to the UAE, rooted in science, medical governance, and measurable outcomes throughout the patient journey,” Montalta explained.
Healthspan medicine focuses on extending the years people live in good health rather than simply responding after disease develops.
The collaboration with Cedars-Sinai reflects a commitment to establishing a trusted and reliable healthcare model that applies the highest international standards.
Science-based approach to aging
Dr. Mishkat Shehata, Chief Medical Officer at OMICS, outlined the clinical foundation of the clinic’s approach.
“Aging is driven by interconnected biological systems: metabolic, inflammatory, vascular, hormonal, and neurocognitive,” Dr. Shehata noted.
The healthspan clinic measures these systems and monitors their changes over time, enabling earlier interventions and care refinement based on objective biological responses rather than age or late-stage symptoms alone.
Comprehensive patient care
Located in Dubai’s Jumeirah 3 neighborhood, the OMICS Clinic brings together physicians, scientists, and allied health professionals under a single medically governed model aligned with international best practices.
The clinic prioritizes healthspan—the number of years individuals experience good health—rather than focusing solely on lifespan.
Patients receive comprehensive assessments spanning genetics, metabolism, cardiovascular and neurocognitive health, hormonal balance, and physical performance, supported by advanced imaging and longitudinal monitoring.
This integrated approach positions the clinic as a significant advancement in healthspan and concierge preventive care throughout the UAE.
