Fullerton Health acquires The ENT Clinic to expand specialist care in Singapore

This acquisition expands Fullerton Health’s network of high-quality specialist care throughout Southeast Asia.

SINGAPORE—Fullerton Health, a leading private healthcare provider across the region, has completed the acquisition of The ENT Clinic Pte Ltd, one of Singapore’s largest ear, nose, and throat specialist practices.

This strategic move strengthens the company’s specialty care offerings in its home market while advancing its broader growth objectives.

Dr Jeeve Kanagalingam, an experienced ENT specialist, founded The ENT Clinic in 2015.

Since then, the practice has expanded significantly from its origins as a single-doctor operation to become a comprehensive network featuring five specialists who work across three strategically located clinics.

These facilities operate in Singapore’s prominent medical hubs at Camden, Novena, and Gleneagles Tanglin, positioning them at the heart of the city-state’s healthcare landscape.

The specialists at The ENT Clinic bring expertise across various critical sub-specialties within otolaryngology.

Their commitment to clinical excellence has earned them a strong reputation among both patients and referring physicians throughout Singapore’s medical community.

Fullerton Health identified ENT services as a priority specialty area due to the high volume of referrals the group receives and the natural synergies with its existing service portfolio.

The company currently operates diagnostic imaging centers, executive health screening facilities, primary care clinics, and a comprehensive network management referral system.

The addition of The ENT Clinic creates opportunities for seamless coordination across these different healthcare touchpoints.

This acquisition expands Fullerton Health’s network of high-quality specialist care throughout Southeast Asia.

The company already provides specialist services in several key areas across Singapore, including cardiology, orthopaedics, and endocrinology.

By adding ENT capabilities, Fullerton Health can now deliver more integrated and patient-focused healthcare services to communities across the region.

Margareta Laminto, Managing Director of Specialist & RadLink and Group Chief Sustainability Officer at Fullerton Health, expressed enthusiasm about welcoming The ENT Clinic into the organization.

She emphasized that acquiring a market leader with such strong brand recognition in Singapore’s ENT services not only broadens the group’s clinical capabilities but also opens doors to new opportunities for serving more patients with coordinated, quality care.

Laminto highlighted that this move enhances the company’s ability to provide seamless, accessible, and trusted healthcare to members, patients, and customers across their network.

The ENT Clinic will now gain access to Fullerton Health’s extensive ecosystem of coordinated medical care.

This integration enables multidisciplinary collaboration among specialists and enhances the quality of care available to Fullerton Health’s patient base, which encompasses over 4.5 million covered lives throughout the region.

The Specialist Division at Fullerton Health plans to work closely with the ENT specialists to identify growth opportunities and deliver integrated care to patients across the company’s regional network.

The ENT Clinic will maintain its current brand name following the acquisition.

This approach ensures continuity of care for existing patients while preserving the trusted relationships the clinic has built with both patients and the physicians who refer cases to them.

With support from Fullerton Health’s operational expertise and extensive network, the clinic will explore opportunities to expand its service offerings, invest in advanced technology, and strengthen clinical initiatives in ENT care.

Dr Jeeve Kanagalingam shared his perspective on this new partnership, describing it as an exciting chapter for The ENT Clinic.

He pointed to the strong coordination that exist in partnering with an established healthcare organization that brings deep operational and clinical expertise.

Dr Kanagalingam noted that Fullerton Health’s long-term commitment to building sustainable healthcare platforms aligns closely with the values The ENT Clinic has maintained since its founding.

Through this collaboration, both organizations aim to enhance access to quality ENT care while upholding the high standards and patient-focused approach that The ENT Clinic has become known for throughout Singapore’s medical community.
