Hlther signs MoU with Tapy to revolutionize UAE healthcare with MBRIF support

The partnership seeks to create a more connected, innovation-driven healthcare landscape that aligns with the UAE’s vision for building a diversified, knowledge-based economy.

UAE—Hlthera, an AI-powered social healthcare platform, and Tapy, a real-world safety technology company, have formalized their collaboration through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) that promises to deliver more integrated and preventative healthcare solutions.

The partnership brings together Hlthera’s AI-driven social healthcare ecosystem with Tapy’s real-world safety technology to create collaborative models supporting continuous care, early awareness, and everyday well-being.

Rather than focusing solely on traditional clinical settings, both companies aim to bridge the gap between formal healthcare systems and daily life, with accessibility and independence at the forefront.

This collaboration represents more than just a business agreement. It reflects a fundamental shift in thinking about how care and safety intersect in people’s daily routines.

The partnership seeks to create a more connected, innovation-driven healthcare landscape that aligns with the UAE’s vision for building a diversified, knowledge-based economy.

Advancing preventative care technology

For Hlthera, this partnership accelerates the evolution of Xyra, its flagship system designed to anticipate health needs rather than simply respond to them.

The company embeds intelligence into everyday interactions, enabling more preventative and dignified care journeys that respect individual autonomy while providing necessary support.

Tapy views the collaboration as a natural extension of its safety-first philosophy.

The company advances technologies that operate seamlessly within real-world environments, providing reassurance and contextual support where people need it most.

By combining intelligent healthcare insights with safety-led technology, both companies aim to equip individuals and families with tools that enhance confidence, independence, and overall well-being.

Support from the Mohammed Bin Rashid Innovation Fund

Both Hlthera and Tapy previously participated in the Mohammed Bin Rashid Innovation Fund (MBRIF) Innovation Accelerator Program, which provided crucial support for their development and scaling readiness.

Through the Accelerator, MBRIF offers startups specialized mentorship, strategic exposure, and access to national and international innovation networks.

This support helps founders transform promising ideas into commercially viable and impactful solutions.

MBRIF’s continued backing reflects its commitment to strengthening the UAE’s innovation ecosystem and advancing the nation’s knowledge-based economic ambitions.

Leadership perspectives

Nader Nassar, Founder and CEO of Hlthera, and Youssef Al Hussiny, Co-Founder and CEO of Tapy, signed the MoU in the presence of MBRIF representatives.

Nassar emphasized that healthcare should feel personal, continuous, and present in everyday life rather than limited to moments of crisis or clinical visits.

The partnership reflects both companies’ shared ambition to design systems that anticipate needs, respect independence, and empower individuals and families with greater confidence and clarity.

He credited the MBRIF Innovation Accelerator Program as instrumental in helping Hlthera reach this stage of growth and collaboration.

Al Hussiny highlighted that the partnership demonstrates a shared commitment to proactive, people-focused solutions.

He noted that participation in the MBRIF Innovation Accelerator enabled Tapy to strengthen its foundations and pursue partnerships aligned with the company’s long-term vision.

Looking ahead

Through their collaboration, Hlthera and Tapy will explore opportunities to integrate intelligent insights, community engagement, and safety technologies to better support People of Determination, elderly individuals, and their families.

Both companies will maintain operational independence, ensuring a structured and responsible approach to their partnership as they work toward reimagining healthcare delivery in the digital age.
