Under the agreement, Tanmeyah will provide tailored financing solutions for healthcare providers, particularly small and medium-sized facilities that often face constraints in investing in digital infrastructure.

EGYPT—Tanmeyah, a subsidiary of EFG Holding (HRHO), has entered into a cooperation protocol with eHealth and eAswaaq, a subsidiary of e-finance for Digital and Financial Investments (EFIH), to accelerate digital transformation across Egypt’s healthcare sector.
The agreement, announced in a press release shared with Arab Finance on June 17, focuses on expanding access to financing for healthcare providers while supporting the adoption of digital medical solutions.
The partners aim to combine financial services and health technology to help clinics and medical centers modernize their operations, improve efficiency, and integrate digital management systems into everyday care delivery.
Financing and technology integration
Under the agreement, Tanmeyah will provide tailored financing solutions for healthcare providers, particularly small and medium-sized facilities that often face constraints in investing in digital infrastructure.
The financing component is expected to ease upfront costs and support the gradual adoption of technology-driven healthcare services.
At the same time, eHealth will provide its “Eyada Plus” platform, which offers digital tools for managing healthcare facilities, including administrative workflows and patient service coordination.
This system is intended to help providers streamline operations and reduce reliance on manual processes.
eAswaaq will take on the role of marketing and distribution partner. It will leverage its digital platforms and sales channels to expand outreach to healthcare providers across Egypt, ensuring wider access to both financing and digital services.
Building an integrated digital platform
Beyond the immediate cooperation, the three companies plan to develop an integrated electronic platform that links financing and healthcare technology services.
The platform will allow healthcare providers to access funding while simultaneously subscribing to digital management tools, creating a bundled service model.
Through this system, providers will be able to finance the cost of adopting the “Eyada Plus” platform, reducing the financial pressure associated with digital transformation.
The structure is designed to support smoother onboarding of clinics and medical centers into digital ecosystems while maintaining operational continuity.
Supporting financial inclusion in healthcare
The partners said the initiative aims to improve financial inclusion in Egypt’s healthcare sector by making digital tools and funding more accessible to smaller providers.
By linking financing directly to technology adoption, the model encourages broader uptake of healthcare management systems.
The collaboration also aligns with Egypt’s ongoing push toward digital transformation and private-sector participation in healthcare modernization.
