The agreement also supports GlobeMed Gulf’s broader strategy of expanding access to high-quality healthcare for its growing base of insured members.

UAE – GlobeMed Gulf has signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Mubadala Health Dubai to improve healthcare access and enhance the patient experience for insured members across the UAE.
The partnership strengthens GlobeMed Gulf’s healthcare provider network while giving eligible members easier access to Mubadala Health Dubai’s integrated medical services.
The agreement also supports GlobeMed Gulf’s broader strategy of expanding access to high-quality healthcare for its growing base of insured members.
At the same time, it connects GlobeMed’s extensive regional network of insurers, employers, and beneficiaries across the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) with one of the UAE’s leading integrated healthcare providers.
Broader access to healthcare services
Under the agreement, eligible members will have streamlined access to Mubadala Health Dubai’s wide range of healthcare services.
These include diagnostic testing, day surgery, paediatric care, rehabilitation, and preventive health services delivered through a multidisciplinary care model.
The collaboration aims to simplify the patient journey by improving coordination between insurers and healthcare providers.
It also seeks to make preventive and personalised healthcare more accessible while supporting better clinical outcomes.
Speaking during the signing ceremony, GlobeMed Gulf CEO Nada Majdalani said expanding access to quality healthcare remains central to the company’s mission.
She said the partnership with Mubadala Health Dubai represents an important step in delivering seamless access to preventive and personalised healthcare services that help improve patient outcomes while supporting healthier communities.
Safeya Al Maqtari, CEO of Dubai and Northern Emirates at M42, said the collaboration will strengthen the healthcare ecosystem by improving patient access and helping optimise healthcare costs.
She added that the agreement also supports the UAE’s ambition to reinforce its position as a leading healthcare destination in the GCC and beyond.
Building on regional growth
The partnership follows GlobeMed Gulf’s recent expansion efforts in the UAE.
Last week, the company highlighted its commitment to healthcare innovation by serving as a Platinum Sponsor at GIMIC Dubai 2026, where industry leaders discussed digital transformation, sustainable healthcare, and improved patient care.
The agreement also builds on GlobeMed Gulf’s relaunch in the UAE last year, when the company reintroduced its third-party administration (TPA) services with a stronger focus on digital health management, customer-centric insurance solutions, and round-the-clock member support.
The company now serves as part of GlobeMed Group’s regional network, which supports more than 27 million insured members across 11 MENA markets.
For Mubadala Health Dubai, the partnership aligns with its continued efforts to expand collaborations that improve patient access.
Recently, the healthcare provider also partnered with Nextcare to expand access to preventive and patient-centred healthcare services across Dubai, reflecting its strategy to strengthen healthcare delivery through insurer partnerships.
