Saudi German Health designates DataFlow Group as official primary source verification partner

UAE—DataFlow Group, a global provider of Primary Source Verification (PSV) and credential verification services, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Saudi German Health (SGH), one of the largest private healthcare networks in the Arab world, to strengthen the verification of healthcare professionals in the UAE.

The agreement was signed during a ceremony at Saudi German Hospital in Dubai and establishes DataFlow as the designated PSV partner for healthcare practitioners referred by SGH.

The partnership aims to support the healthcare network in verifying practitioners’ qualifications and meeting the requirements of UAE health regulators.

Verification and licensing support

Under the agreement, SGH-referred healthcare practitioners will have access to DataFlow’s range of services, including Premium PSV, VIP Assist, Document Concierge, licensing and credentialing support, digital footprint checks and Prometric nursing exam training.

The partnership will also support eligible UAE Golden Visa applications and provide DataFlow employees with access to a dedicated VIP Service Desk at Saudi German Health facilities.

By conducting primary source checks, the collaboration will help SGH verify the authenticity of healthcare practitioners’ qualifications before they begin working within its facilities.

The organizations said the process will support patient safety and strengthen public confidence in the qualifications of healthcare professionals providing care across SGH’s hospitals and clinics in the UAE.

Commenting on the agreement, Sunil Kumar, Chief Executive Officer of DataFlow Group, said verified credentials form the foundation of safe and high-quality healthcare.

He added that the MOU reflects a shared commitment to ensuring that healthcare practitioners entering clinical environments undergo thorough and efficient verification.

Supporting faster practitioner onboarding

Saudi German Health operates a growing network of medical centers across the Middle East and has maintained a focus on the quality and regulatory compliance of its clinical workforce.

The agreement is expected to help the healthcare provider accelerate practitioner onboarding while maintaining regulatory requirements.

Abdelhakim Farag Gamaleldin, Group HR Director at Saudi German Health LLC, said healthcare practitioners remain central to the organization’s operations and that accurate and timely credential verification is essential to maintaining patient trust.

He added that the partnership with DataFlow provides SGH with access to verification infrastructure that can help the organization process practitioner credentials efficiently while meeting the expectations of patients and healthcare regulators.

The MOU will remain in effect for an initial 12-month period, with the option for renewal through mutual agreement.

DataFlow will also assign a dedicated point of contact to SGH and provide access to its client portal, enabling the healthcare provider to track application progress and monitor key performance indicators in real time.
