London’s pioneering Longevity Clinic to launch at World Health Expo Dubai

The Human Longevity Clinic emerges from a collaboration between two globally respected, non-profit healthcare institutions: The London Clinic and Northwestern Medicine.

UAE—The future of longevity medicine takes center stage at World Health Expo (WHX) Dubai as Dr Robin Chatterjee, Consultant in Musculoskeletal, Sport & Exercise Medicine, prepares to announce a groundbreaking development in preventative healthcare.

The London Clinic will launch the Human Longevity Clinic (HLC) through a strategic collaboration with Northwestern Medicine, marking a significant milestone in evidence-based longevity care.

Dr Chatterjee will deliver his presentation “Longevity Medicine: The Future in London” at the ABHI UK Pavilion on Tuesday, 10 February 2026, from 3:00 to 3:30pm.

His announcement positions London as an emerging global hub for evidence-based longevity medicine and reinforces the UK’s expanding influence in international healthcare tourism, particularly within the MENA region.

Understanding Longevity Medicine

Longevity medicine represents a rapidly evolving discipline that focuses on extending healthspan rather than simply adding years to life.

Healthspan refers to the period during which individuals enjoy good physical, cognitive, and emotional health while delaying the onset of age-related diseases.

“Longevity medicine is not about simply living longer,” Dr Chatterjee explains.

“It’s about helping people live longer and healthier, preserving quality of life and independence for as long as possible.”

The  clinical facility

The Human Longevity Clinic emerges from a collaboration between two globally respected, non-profit healthcare institutions: The London Clinic and Northwestern Medicine.

This partnership creates the first longevity clinic embedded within a leading world-class, large, independent medical centre in the UK or Europe.

The clinic employs advanced diagnostics, artificial intelligence, and cutting-edge medical research to assess patients’ biological age.

This measurement reveals how old the body appears based on various biomarkers and functional measures, rather than relying solely on chronological age.

“A person may be 30 years old chronologically, yet have the cardiovascular health of someone decades older,” Dr Chatterjee notes.

“This clinic allows us to measure that difference and act on it.”

Comprehensive assessment and personalized care

Patients attending the Longevity Clinic undergo thorough, evidence-based assessments that include full-body imaging, cardiovascular evaluation, and neurological and cognitive assessment.

The clinic also conducts advanced blood profiling and biomarker analysis, DNA methylation and epigenetic testing, and retinal scanning that provides cardiovascular and neurological insights. AI-driven data analysis and pattern recognition complete the comprehensive evaluation process.

Each patient receives a detailed longevity report benchmarked against peers, followed by a personalized management plan designed to optimize long-term health and delay age-related decline.

Clinical excellence and expertise

Dr Chatterjee brings extensive multidisciplinary experience to longevity medicine.

His training spans General Practice in the UK, Anaesthetics in Australia, Functional Medicine in the United States, and specialist training in Sport, Exercise & Musculoskeletal Medicine in the UK.

His career encompasses work across the NHS in the UK, Queensland Health in Australia, private healthcare in London, elite sport including the English Premier League, Lawn Tennis Association, Team GB Athletics, and The Royal Ballet.

He has also contributed to military rehabilitation services in both the UK and Australia.

Now based at The London Clinic in London’s Harley Street Health District, he maintains recognition as a leading clinician in complex musculoskeletal problems, symptoms of unknown cause, and non-surgical regenerative treatments.

Strategic healthcare tourism opportunity

Founded over 85 years ago, The London Clinic stands as the UK’s oldest independent private hospital and a globally recognized centre of medical excellence.

The Longevity Clinic launch strengthens London’s position as a world-leading destination for advanced, preventative, and precision medicine.

Strong interest from the Middle East suggests the clinic will attract patients from across the MENA region seeking trusted, evidence-based longevity care within a respected academic medical environment.

“This is a one-of-a-kind clinic,” Dr Chatterjee states.

“It brings together world-class diagnostics, leading UK physicians, cutting-edge research, and personalized medicine in a way that is not currently available in the Middle East.”

World Health Expo Dubai, formerly known as Arab Health, serves as the premier gathering place for the global healthcare community to drive innovation and progress.

The event takes place from 9 to 12 February 2026 at the Dubai Exhibition Centre, welcoming over 270,000 professionals and 4,800 exhibitors from more than 180 countries.
