C37 partners with India’s Sir Ganga Ram Hospital to expand specialized vascular care in UAE

UAE—C37, the UAE’s first private medical workspace operated by Dubai Healthcare City (DHCC), has partnered with the Institute of Vascular & Endovascular Sciences (IVES) at Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, one of India’s leading quaternary care facilities.

Healthcare advisory firm Surge Growth Partners facilitated the collaboration, which aims to bring specialized vascular care expertise to the UAE market.

Bringing international expertise to UAE

The partnership will bring select consultant vascular and endovascular surgeons from Sir Ganga Ram Hospital’s IVES to C37’s Dubai facility.

These specialists will deliver advanced services across multiple areas, including complex arterial and venous disease treatment, cutting-edge endovascular procedures, diabetic foot care, limb salvage interventions, carotid artery disease management, and dialysis access solutions.

The collaboration creates opportunities for knowledge exchange while providing UAE patients with access to world-class expertise within a regulated clinical environment.

Dr. Mohamed Elbaz, Medical Director and Head of Operations at C37, emphasized the platform’s unique position in the UAE healthcare landscape.

He explained that C37 serves as the country’s first private medical workspace designed specifically to support both local physicians and visiting doctors.

This model enables greater access to specialized expertise that directly addresses the evolving needs of the healthcare sector.

Dr. Ajay Swaroop, Chairman of the Board of Management at Sir Ganga Ram Hospital in New Delhi, expressed enthusiasm about the collaboration.

He noted that the hospital’s Vascular & Endovascular Sciences department, led by Dr. Varinder S Bedi, will provide tertiary care expertise through the C37 platform.

Dr. Swaroop shared his optimism about expanding the relationship to include additional departments from Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, one of India’s oldest and most respected medical institutions.
