The initiative builds on PureLab’s expansive diagnostic footprint, which includes more than 145 laboratories, over 1,400 licensed clinical professionals, and more than 50 accreditations across its testing network.

UAE—PureLab, a subsidiary of PureHealth, has launched its new Home Collection Service across the UAE, enabling patients to access laboratory-grade diagnostic testing from their homes as the company deepens its focus on preventive and patient-led healthcare.
The service allows individuals to schedule professional sample collection at home, with most routine test results delivered within 24 hours.
Initially piloted successfully in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, PureLab plans to expand the offering further across the UAE to strengthen access to diagnostics for residents seeking convenience, speed, and clinical reliability.
The launch comes as healthcare providers across the region continue shifting toward more personalised, preventive care models that emphasise early detection and patient empowerment.
PureLab said the service integrates directly with its in-house laboratory network, ensuring samples move through the same clinical pathways and quality standards as those collected at physical laboratory sites.
For a limited period, the company is also offering free home delivery to encourage uptake.
Leveraging scale and clinical infrastructure
The initiative builds on PureLab’s expansive diagnostic footprint, which includes more than 145 laboratories, over 1,400 licensed clinical professionals, and more than 50 accreditations across its testing network.
This infrastructure recently received a further boost following the launch of PureHealth’s AI-powered standalone diagnostic laboratory in Abu Dhabi, which the group describes as the UAE’s largest advanced diagnostic facility.
The laboratory uses automation and artificial intelligence to enhance testing precision and operational efficiency, supporting faster turnaround times across the network.
The Home Collection Service covers a broad spectrum of routine and specialised diagnostics, including wellness screening panels, diabetes and cholesterol monitoring, thyroid assessments, vitamin and nutritional testing, and bone health evaluations.
According to Dr. Sonali Datta, Chief Commercial Officer at PureLab, the service reflects a strategic move toward healthcare models that make testing more accessible while preserving clinical excellence.
She said extending diagnostics beyond traditional laboratory settings allows patients to gain earlier health insights, improve continuity of care, and make better-informed decisions without compromising the governance and quality standards that define PureLab’s services.
Supporting PureHealth’s broader growth strategy
The launch aligns with PureHealth’s wider digital and operational expansion strategy.
The group recently reported first-quarter 2026 revenue of AED 7.3 billion (US$2 billion) and net profit of AED 415 million (US$113 million), supported by ongoing investments in technology-enabled healthcare delivery.
It has also surpassed AED 6.33 billion (US$1.72 billion) in local procurement spending since 2022 as it continues scaling healthcare infrastructure across the UAE.
Samples collected through the home service are transported securely by trained professionals to PureLab facilities within hours, enabling patients to access trusted diagnostic services without traveling to a clinic or laboratory.
