UAE—Aster DM Healthcare has once again secured the Great Place To Work® certification across the UAE and its key regional markets, including Bahrain, Jordan, Oman, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia.

This recognition underscores the organization’s continued efforts to build a workplace where employees feel valued, supported, and empowered to deliver high-quality patient care.

Notably, this year marks a significant milestone, as all six countries where Aster operates are now certified.

Jordan achieved the recognition for the first time, highlighting the company’s growing commitment to maintaining a consistent and positive employee experience across diverse markets.

As a result, the achievement reflects a unified organizational culture that prioritizes people across its entire regional footprint.

Leadership perspective and employee engagement

Commenting on the achievement, Alisha Moopen, Managing Director and Group CEO, emphasized that employees remain central to Aster’s success.

She noted that the recognition reflects the company’s ongoing efforts to strengthen a culture that supports well-being, professional growth, and long-term career development.

In addition, she highlighted the organization’s commitment to ensuring employees feel inspired and appreciated throughout their journey.

At the same time, Aster reported notable improvements in employee engagement.

The organization recorded an overall Trust Index score of 82%, alongside an employee participation rate of 88%.

These figures indicate strong engagement levels across teams and demonstrate the company’s responsiveness to employee feedback.

He explained that the recognition is based entirely on real-time employee feedback, further emphasizing its credibility.

Moreover, he noted that Aster’s success across all markets reflects its dedication to building an environment where employees feel trusted and empowered.

Workplace initiatives and employee-centric programs
