PureCS partners with Dell Technologies to expand cybersecurity services in UAE

The partnership combines Dell’s global cybersecurity capabilities with PureCS’s locally based infrastructure and regional expertise to help organisations identify threats earlier, respond to incidents and protect critical systems.

UAE—PureCS, a digital infrastructure and cybersecurity company within PureHealth, has partnered with Dell Technologies to strengthen cyber threat detection and response for public and private sector organisations across the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

Under the agreement, Dell Technologies will use PureCS’s Security Operations Centre (SOC) in Abu Dhabi to deliver Managed Detection and Response (MDR) and Extended Detection and Response (XDR) services.

The partnership combines Dell’s global cybersecurity capabilities with PureCS’s locally based infrastructure and regional expertise to help organisations identify threats earlier, respond to incidents and protect critical systems.

Local infrastructure supports cybersecurity services

The collaboration will provide organisations with access to advanced security monitoring and incident response capabilities through PureCS’s Abu Dhabi facility.

These services are designed to help businesses and government entities detect suspicious activity, investigate potential breaches and reduce the impact of cyberattacks.

Rashed Humaid AlNeyadi, Chief Operating Officer of PureCS, said protecting critical systems, sensitive information and essential services was becoming increasingly important as the UAE accelerated its digital transformation.

He said the partnership combines international cybersecurity expertise with locally delivered services, helping organisations address sophisticated threats while supporting the UAE’s requirements for sovereign digital infrastructure.

Walid Yehia, Managing Director for the UAE at Dell Technologies, said PureCS’s regional expertise and local infrastructure informed the decision to collaborate.

He added that combining Dell’s technology capabilities with PureCS’s local presence would help customers strengthen security as cyber threats become more complex.

Cybersecurity demand grows across the Middle East

The agreement comes as organisations across the Middle East invest in cybersecurity to protect increasingly connected operations, sensitive data and digital services.

According to MarketsandMarkets, the Middle East cybersecurity market is projected to grow from US$18.56 billion in 2026 to US$29.39 billion by 2031, representing a compound annual growth rate of 9.6%.

The expansion of artificial intelligence (AI), cloud computing and other digital technologies is increasing the need for security systems that can identify and respond to threats in real time.

Managed security services can help organisations strengthen their defences, particularly where they lack the resources to maintain comprehensive in-house cybersecurity operations.

For the UAE, locally delivered security services also support efforts to protect sensitive information and strengthen control over digital infrastructure.

The PureCS and Dell Technologies partnership positions both companies to serve organisations seeking advanced threat detection and response capabilities while maintaining a local operational presence.
